ABOUT DRYLAND
Where genuine care meets real experience.
Dryland Physiotherapy & Performance is Grande Prairie's home for honest, thorough physiotherapy. Built on the belief that every patient deserves more than a rushed appointment, Dryland was created to bring a higher standard of care to the Peace Country. This isn't a high volume clinic. It's a place where you get the time, attention and expertise you came for.

Your Local Physio
Tyler Stadnek has called the Peace Country home since 2004. He's coached local youth, worked alongside Alberta Health Services and cheered for this community through every season. When he opened Dryland, it wasn't just a business decision, it was a commitment to the people of Grande Prairie and the surrounding region who deserve a physiotherapist they can genuinely trust.
Experience
Tyler brings 25+ years of clinical experience spanning elite sport, hospital rehabilitation and private practice. From Hockey Canada Programs of Excellence to stroke recovery and hip fracture rehabilitation, he has worked at every level of care, and he brings all of it to your recovery.
Our Services
At Dryland, every service is built around you. From hands-on physiotherapy and acupuncture to home visits and complex medical rehabilitation, Tyler brings the full breadth of his experience to every patient he sees across Grande Prairie and the Peace Country.

Understanding Life Beyond the Clinic

Growing up in a small farming community in southern Manitoba, where he split his time between the family farm and town life, taught Tyler the value of hard work, resilience, and looking out for those around him. Those values have stayed with him throughout his career and are reflected in his ongoing and past involvement with local sport and recreation.

Over the years, Tyler has been involved with:
-
Grande Prairie Pirates Softball
-
Grande Prairie Wheelers MTB Youth Program
-
Grande Prairie Storm AAA Midget Hockey
-
Alberta Summer Games Mountain Bike

Long before becoming a physiotherapist, Tyler worked in a variety of different industries from agriculture, to finance, food services, research, construction, public works, and rural economic development. Those experiences gave him something you can't learn in a classroom. They gave him a genuine understanding of the physical demands, workplace pressures, and everyday challenges people face.

Today, when someone walks into the clinic, Tyler isn't just thinking about the injury. He wants to understand the person behind it. The work you do, the hobbies you enjoy, the demands of everyday life, and what's stopping you from doing the things that matter most.

It's this real-world perspective, combined with more than 25 years of clinical experience, that helps Tyler create treatment plans that are practical, personalised, and focused on getting you back to living, working, and moving with confidence.
