Appointments & Your First Visit

  • In most cases, no. You can book an assessment directly with Dryland Physiotherapy & Performance without seeing a doctor first. However, some extended health insurance plans may require a referral before they will reimburse your treatment. We recommend checking your individual policy before your visit. Also, persons suffering with an acute or undiagnosed medical condition should be cleared for therapy by their Physician before booking an appointment.

  • The length of your appointment will depend on the service you book and the complexity of your condition. Bring any relevant medical information, imaging reports, insurance details and a list of medications. Avoid applying perfumes or colognes prior to visiting the clinic.

As a musician and artist, I put my back and neck in awkward positions for prolonged periods and Tyler understood and worked from that perspective to help me with posture correction and exercise prescription.

- Mitchell Robert Cedar

The care and concern that Tyler has shown me is far above and beyond my expectations. He has been treating me for the last six weeks and he always takes the time to thoroughly explain what he is doing and why he is doing it. He has set up a program for me to follow and every exercise is demonstrated well. I would recommend him 100 percent !!

- Deb Magusin

I recently had a knee replacement and I attribute my amazing recovery to Tyler at Dryland Physiotherapy. He has top knotch experience with bone and joint replacement.

- Jade Robertson

I saw Tyler after my knee surgery (ACL and MCL replacement, meniscus tear and fractured fibula) due to a car accident in 2016. Tyler provided professional, comprehensive treatment during my sessions with him and he provided me with an excercise program to restore my range of motion and strength in my knee that was instrumental in my recovery. Without him, I wouldn’t have been able to get back to the activities I enjoy which include road cycling, mountain biking and snowboarding.
